The Role
We're seeking an extremely talented Founding Product Designer to help reinvent the productivity suite for the AI era. You will be responsible for defining and executing the entire user experience of Spell from the ground up, ensuring a delightful and intuitive product for our users.
- You must have experience designing early-stage, consumer-grade UI/UX/product designs for products that have scaled to millions of users
- You are the kind of designer who thrives on creating entire UI systems from scratch – because that's exactly what you'll be doing here
- You don't need an existing design system or UI patterns. You'll create them from scratch and execute at an extremely high level of quality
- You will be the champion for design excellence at Spell, ensuring everything we ship meets the highest level of polish, while also maintaining shipping velocity across the team
